The Spark
The Stillspace is a concept I came up with inspired by the concept of Nirvana, as well as Zen Buddhism.
When developing Kaldra™ (one of my other ventures), I wondered:
What would it look like if people could somehow tap into a state of absolute peace, on command?
What would "peace" look like to a person?
To answer the first question: I think such a realm of absolute peace is usually associated with our concept of Heaven. Fluffy clouds, pearly golden gates, and the like.
While I have no problem with how peace is represented in that manner, I was thinking of something less final and more personal.
Sure, Heaven or the afterlife is typically the visual for a peaceful place, but what about during our stay here on Earth? What does peace look like in the now? In the present moment?
The 2nd question.
Then I wondered (about our section question) what does peace look like to everyone? Surely it must be different, as there are as many people as there are opinions.
To me, it's a beautiful balcony in Paris. Me sipping coffee and enjoying the sunset. To me, that's what I want out of life.
